Terms & Conditions for Bookish Retreats LLC

By registering for a retreat hosted by Bookish Retreats LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Full payment must be completed by the deadline provided at the time of booking.

If selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments does not result in a refund or cancellation of the remaining balance.

2. No Refund Policy

All retreat payments are 100% non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or changes in schedule.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person, subject to approval from Bookish Retreats LLC.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unexpected cancellations on your end.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Bookish Retreats LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registered participants will be offered a transfer to a future retreat or a credit towards another event.

No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend the retreat.

4. Travel & Liability

Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own travel to and from the retreat location.

Bookish Retreats is not responsible for any travel disruptions, missed flights, or other transportation issues.

Attendees participate in all retreat activities at their own risk. Bookish Retreats is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred before, during, or after the retreat.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and property.

Any disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

6. Media Release

By attending the retreat, you grant permission for Bookish Retreats LLC to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

7. Agreement to Terms

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
